We cover the full chain of ship piping work: on-board pre-inspection and 3D laser scanning, engineering and class submission drawings, pipe spool fabrication, surface treatment, logistics and on-board installation — one team from first survey to final acceptance.
We use the FARO Focus S350 laser scanner for general arrangements (accuracy 0–2 mm) and the SIMSCAN 22 handheld scanner for confined spaces (accuracy 0.1 mm). The scan is verified against the 3D model with a deviation colour-map analysis before any drawing is issued.
The on-board 3D scanning usually takes one day. Engineering takes about 7 days when based on handheld scanning and up to 14 days for large FARO-scanned areas, including modelling and production drawings.
A typical BWTS piping installation is completed within 10–12 days by our riding team. For two BWTS sets on the same vessel the duration is about 15–18 days, subject to the final scope and the vessel's schedule.
Our pipe fabrication follows the STS pipe standard QSTS-097-2020 and applicable CSQS requirements; hot-dip galvanizing follows GB/T 13912-2002; and workmanship aligns with IACS Recommendation No.47 where applicable.
Our projects are routinely delivered with class attendance and class-accepted documentation. DNV material certificates, inspection reports and pressure test reports are issued per project, and class certificates are available on request. Please contact us for documentation relevant to your project.

Yes. Our riding teams can attend at the shipyard, at anchorage or during the voyage, depending on the vessel's schedule. This keeps off-hire time to a minimum.
We fabricate carbon steel, stainless steel, CuNiFe (copper-nickel), GRE/GRP and plastic piping, with matching flanges, fittings and surface protection for each system.
Hot-dip galvanizing to GB/T 13912-2002, acid cleaning and passivation, shop primer and full coating systems, and plastic or rubber lining for corrosive media. Coating reports are issued for every batch.
